If you recently received a call from (518) 276-2559, it was likely one of our current students reaching out to connect! Each year, our student callers speak with alumni, parents, and friends of the Institute to:
- Share updates from campus
- Thank you for your past support
- Invite you to stay engaged with RPI
- Provide an opportunity to support the Annual Fund
Why we call
The student calling program is an important part of how we build and maintain relationships across the RPI community. When you pick up, you’re connecting directly with a current student who can share their experience and what RPI means to them.
Support through the Annual Fund helps provide immediate impact in areas such as:
- Student scholarships
- Academic programs and research
- Campus life and student organizations
When you may hear from us
Our students typically call during the academic year, Monday – Thursday: 5:30 p.m. – 9 p.m. and Sunday: 1 p.m. – 8 p.m. All calls are placed by trained student ambassadors from our on-campus calling center.
