Dear RPI alumni, parents, and friends, 

On behalf of the RPI Board of Trustees, I would like to thank everyone for their enthusiasm, participation, and support for RPI Forward: A Campaign for Our Third Century. 

Beginning in the fall of 2025, the Institute Advancement team launched a series of nationwide events and programming to highlight the Institute’s strategic plan, and to feature and celebrate our remarkable students, world-class faculty, and distinguished alumni. It has been inspiring to see so many of you at these events as we think about how each one of us can help to position RPI for the future. 

That excitement is reflected not only in participation in our events, but through the generosity of everyone in our community, from the incredible results on Rπ Giving Day to the transformational gifts in support of our comprehensive campaign. To date, I am pleased to share that we have raised more than $834,655,938 for the campaign, and we are going strong. 

Since the campaign was relaunched, we met with alumni and parents all over the country, including New York City, Boston, Sarasota, Dallas-Fort Worth, San Francisco, Palo Alto, Los Angeles, San Diego, and Washington, D.C. Planning is underway for additional events this fall and for spring 2027.

It is an exciting moment in RPI’s history – commemorating RPI’s 200th birthday and experiencing that collective RPI pride as Reid Wiseman ’97, commander of the Artemis II mission, and his team crewed the first flight to the moon in more than 50 years. I encourage you to stay connected with us and be a part of RPI’s third century.
